📜 Terms and Conditions

• Bringing your own drinks and food is not allowed!
• A deposit of €50 is required for reservations, or the total amount if it is less than €50. (Online payement through Mollie)
• To receive a full refund of the deposit, cancellation must be made up to 10 days before the date.
• We cannot be held responsible for changes or cancellations due to force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances.
• The customer is responsible for providing accurate information for the reservation, including but not limited to: date, time, number of visitors, etc.
• We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions. Therefore, please check them regularly for the latest version.

🛟 For Safety

• Children must always be accompanied by an adult (+18 years).
• The parking lot is not a playground for children.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Balls must stay in the ball pit, and blocks in the designated block area.
• Respect the age limit for different play structures.
• Order and cleanliness must be maintained.
• We kindly ask you to treat our staff with respect, even if they remind you to follow the rules!
• Upon entry, we conduct a small check on handbags, diaper bags, etc. We may ask to inspect the contents. If refused, we request placing the bag in the car. Backpacks are prohibited!

👕 Clothing

• Wearing socks is mandatory for hygiene.
• For our youngest visitors (up to 15 months), we request to prepare their bottle with water at home and not to bring plastic bottles of water inside, please?
• No shoes on the play structures.
• Shoes are required on the cars.

🍽️ Food and Hygiene

• Bringing your own drinks and food is not allowed!
• Picnicking is prohibited.
• Please clear the tables after use.
• Sort waste: green=general waste - blue=recyclables (PMD)
• Eating on the play structures is strictly forbidden.
• Drinking in the toilets is not allowed and is not hygienic.
• Smoking is not allowed inside or on the terrace; only allowed at the front. You can find the ashtray at the garage door.
• If we notice drinks, food, sweets, cookies, fruits, etc., brought from home, we will immediately take them into custody, and you can retrieve them when leaving the playground. This also applies to water bottles.

ℹ️ General

• Our parking is at the rear of the building; please park there.
• Parking at the neighbors' is prohibited.
• Accidents and theft in the parking lot are at your own risk.
• Accidents inside are at your own risk.
• Personal belongings are the responsibility of their owners.
• We are not responsible if you insert wrong coins into claw machines, candy vending machines, surprise vending machines, mills, air hockey, cars, etc. Each machine indicates what can be inserted and how much. We cannot exchange items received from these machines.
• Respect for the physical and moral integrity of visitors is essential; failure to do so may result in expulsion without warning.
• Every exit is final.
